Overload but real

Information overload and yet a unique discovery about a perception of management and why management is sometimes resistant to change specifically towards socio-technical systems (STS). If a system is self-regulating then this “approach threatens the current leadership paradigm” (Walk The Blog; 2013). A self-regulating system in business would reduce the quantity of managers needed, thus reducing costs and increasing profits. Self–regulating systems would improve business processes and become more productive when they are less dependent on an individual and more dependent on the group or team as a whole to move forward in decision making.
