Aldridge, John – Assistant Professor of Leadership and Management

Dr. Aldridge teaches Leadership and Management and Values Aligned Leadership. His experience includes project management, corporate training, performance improvement and measurement, conflict resolution and business coaching. Research interests include training and development, leadership development and related fields.

Dr. Day teaches business research, entrepreneurship and international business. She has been involved in the startup of several entrepreneurial ventures internationally and in the U.S. and served as CFO for a high-tech Denver venture for five years prior to coming to CCU. Research interests include entrepreneurship, spirituality in management and measurement of learning outcomes.

Dr. Ewen teaches management and leadership courses in CCU's graduate and undergraduate business and leadership programs. He is the author of both software and computer-related textbooks and a former senior training representative with a Fortune 100 corporation.
Hannaway, Tamara – Assistant Professor of Marketing and Economics

Dr. Hannaway has more than 20 years of corporate experience in sales and marketing and was named CCU's Professor of the Year in 2005.
King, Charles – Professor of Law and Ethics, Dean Emeritus of the School of Business and Leadership, College of Undergraduate Studies

Dr. King teaches law, management, and finance courses. He was founding partner of the law firm King, Peterson, Brown and has served as a senior executive in human resources and information systems.
Mesa, William – Assistant Professor of Accounting and Management

Dr. Mesa is a CPA and has a total of 15 years of experience as a financial analyst, accountant, and strategic analyst in Fortune 500 companies and with the federal government, as well as over 10 years part-time and full-time teaching experience.
