    As the Dean of Business and Technology, Dr. Day provides spiritual, academic, and business leadership for academic programs, faculty, and students in the Business and Technology Division of the College of Adult and Graduate Studies. She also directs and administers the MBA program and provides operational leadership in the areas of faculty recruiting, program marketing, course scheduling, event planning, and business development.

    Prior to joining the University, Day was Chief Financial Officer for Synergy Media Group in Denver, where she was responsible for business development as well as strategic and financial planning to support corporate growth. She has also served as Regional Development Manager for Doctoral Programs at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Florida, and was Chair of Graduate Business Programs at Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany. In 1989 she founded Day Partners International in Heidelberg, where she was responsible for introducing, marketing, and distributing Orville Redenbacher microwave popcorn products to the German market. In addition to her business experience, Dr. Day has taught numerous undergraduate and graduate courses including Principles of Management, Business, Government and the International Economy, International and Comparative Marketing, and Information Technology Applications in Business.

    Dr. Craig Barnett – Affiliate Faculty
    • Ph.D in Curriculum and Instructional Design (University of Denver)

    Dr. Barnett has been an affiliate faculty member at CCU for more than 10 years and has taught undergraduate and graduate students in the MACI, MBA, and MOL programs. Dr. Barnett worked for 30 years in the public education sector and also has an extensive background in designing curriculum. He also worked in the business world for ten years as a supervisor and manager at Newstrack, Inc. Dr. Barnett’s primary interests are in quantitative measures of performance and improved learning by way of improved instruction at all levels of human development. He is also interested in championing ethics, objectivity, and moral analysis in business research; deepening the levels and quality of business research; and designing reliable and qualitative projects that measure what they are intended to measure and are validly generalized to a larger population.

    Professor Granville Jones has been an affiliate faculty member at CCU for several years and has taught MGT and MIT/MIS courses for both undergraduate and graduate students. Professor Jones worked in the corporate world for many years in the Aerospace & Aircraft, Electronics, and Manufacturing industries. For the last 34 years he has owned IQC (www.iqctraining.com), a management and technology consulting company with such clients as UNOCAL, AT&T, Honeywell, Metronics, Coors Industries, and many more. He is active in such professional organizations as PMI, ASQ, and ISSA and is an ASQ Fellow, a PMI® Certified Project Management Professional ®, and an ASQ certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.

    Dr. Chuck King – Professor of Law and Ethics, Dean Emeritus of the School of Business and Leadership, College of Undergraduate Studies

    Dr. King teaches law, management, and finance courses. He was founding partner of the law firm King, Peterson, Brown and has served as a senior executive in human resources and information systems.

    Dr. John Lamb – Affiliate Faculty

    Dr. Lamb serves as a strategy consultant with Cru Global to help business, government, and faith leaders work for the common good in Denver.

    Dr. Post is a driven, passionate, and experienced leader, teacher, social media strategist, connector, and developer. Her desire to connect and inspire throughout nearly three decades of career translates into her ongoing effort to help the development of ideas, people, content, and curriculum. Dr. Post is President and CEO of three ventures: Reach Your Potential, The Post Institute: Center for Life-Long Learning, and WorkPlace Influence. She offers teaching, training, and speaking on subjects as diverse as social media, leadership, generations in the workplace, organizational development, management, marketing, and technology in education. Dr. Post has appeared on Colorado’s Best Morning Show and has presented at the Autonomous Learning World Caucus at Wolfson College, University of Oxford, England. Dr. Post is also the author of four books: Heaven Has Tea Parties, Building Your Adjunct Platform, Reflections of Weekly Words, Vol-1 and Reflections of Weekly Words, Vol-2.
