Adult Degree Completion Student Admissions

For adults who are interested in completing a degree, or just want to continue their education by taking classes, CCU's College of Adult and Graduate Studies offers a variety of flexible educational opportunities including bachelor's degree programs that open new doors for your career, associate degree programs to help you build a strong foundation, and certificate programs to give you that extra edge.

In addition to small class sizes that enable you to network and connect with other adult students, CCU helps you achieve your educational goals by giving you the opportunity to attend classes on the evening and weekends at several convenient Colorado locations, as well as complete some or all of your classes online.

Applying for Admission

The Adult Undergraduate Admission Application for CCU's College of Adult and Graduate Studies is available online. Your first step in applying to CCU is to Create an Account. The information from this secure account will automatically be entered on your online application, simplifying the process to complete the application.

Admission Requirements

  • Complete the adult undergraduate admission application online.
  • Provide your enrollment counselor with a copy of your state-issued driver’s license or a state-issued identification card. This ID must include your photo and be within the expiration date. If you are an international student, contact your enrollment counselor.
  • Submit proof of your high school graduation or completion. This must be your high school transcript with graduation date, a copy of your high school diploma, or a copy of your high school equivalent certificate (GED). You may use the Institutional Transcript Request Form (PDF) to request your official high school transcript.
  • If you are transferring credit from another college or university, provide official transcripts from each accredited institution attended. If you are currently enrolled, please request a final transcript be mailed upon graduation or completion of coursework. You may use the Institutional Transcript Request Form (PDF) for this purpose. Your financial aid award and official degree plan may be altered at a later date upon receipt of additional transferable coursework.

Admission Timelines

Colorado Christian University’s College of Adult and Graduate Studies offers accelerated programs for adult degree completion students. Courses are typically offered in five-week blocks for students attending class and seven-week blocks for those taking online classes. You can enter CCU at the beginning of any course. This gives you the flexibility to start at virtually any time during the year. CCU operates on a standard semester time frame. Semesters include spring, summer, and fall.

Non-Degree Seeking Students

If you wish to take courses in Colorado Christian University’s College of Adult and Graduate Studies without working toward a degree, you must apply for a Non-Degree Seeking program on CCU's Adult Undergraduate Admission Application. Please see the Non-Degree Seeking Students Web site for details.
