Biography and Professional Achievements

Professor Bultje earned her master's degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix (Colorado Springs). Professor Bultje was awarded the CCU Faculty Teaching Excellence Award in 2019. She has educational experience at every K-12 grade level and served as a high school principal, assistant principal, and guidance counselor, in addition to teaching students in every grade K-8. She has taught gifted and at-risk students. Her past experiences have included both public and Christian schools, including Colorado Springs Christian Schools, where she served as high school principal among several positions during her time there.

She has taught at CCU since the fall of 2015 and teaches courses in elementary education that are associated with student teaching, field experience, and placement.
