In the Health Care Administration program, you'll be introduced to health care terminology, delivery systems, and informatics – which will enable you to make the best possible decisions regarding patient outcomes. Additionally, the program provides a background in human resources – because health care, at its core, is about dealing with other people. You'll combine all of this with an examination of spirituality and ethics in health care – and you'll understand that work in health care is, indeed, a sacred calling.

The 60-hour Health Care Administration associate degree program can be completed in less than two years, even without any prior coursework. You can, however, complete your degree faster if you already have college, military, or technical credits. You may transfer up to 45 prior credit hours toward your degree at CCU.

In addition, the associate degree offers a foundation for further career advancement if you desire to continue to a bachelor's degree. All 60 hours from your CCU Health Care Administration associate degree may be applied to a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration. Beyond this, you may also continue into our MBA program to lead at the highest levels of a larger health care institution.
