Complete your degree in two years...or less!
The 60-hour Health Care Administration associate degree program can be completed in less than two years, even without any prior coursework. You can, however, complete your degree faster if you already have college, military, or technical credits. You may transfer up to 45 prior credit hours toward your degree at CCU.
The Health Care Administration associate degree prepares you for various positions in a field that is exploding in size -- between 2010 and 2020, jobs in health care administration are projected to increase by 22%. You might serve on the front lines -- interacting with customers as an administrator in a local doctor's office, a health care clinic, or a long-term care facility. Jobs might also include positions within a local hospital, managing the facilities or resources or a unit.
In addition, the associate degree offers a foundation for further career advancement if you desire to continue to a bachelor's degree. All 60 hours from your CCU Health Care Administration associate degree may be applied to a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration. Beyond this, you may also continue into our MBA program to lead at the highest levels of a larger health care institution.
