All of CCU's programs are geared toward developing strong leaders, but the Organizational Management in Christian Leadership degree is specifically designed to equip those involved in church or parachurch ministries. The program combines principles of organizational behavior with biblical standards of leadership, giving students practical management skills and critical leadership abilities.

Students gain a foundation of knowledge relating to the health and growth of church, parachurch, and business organizations. Key management proficiencies are integrated with an understanding of biblical teachings on motivation, ethics, and teamwork for effective spiritual leadership.

Focus areas in the Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Management in Christian Leadership degree include: Christian spirituality and leadership; history and theology in decision making; organizational behavior, health, and growth; and tools for effective management .
