Why CCU?
I chose CCU because I came to a preview and I saw the campus. What really sold me though was seeing the student staff workers interact with each other. I could tell they had a strong community and were happy. That definitely sold me because I could see myself in that same position.
How did you hear about CCU?
I heard about CCU from my long-time friend Micah Schwarz. We grew up together and when I took a gap year he told me about CCU which planted the seed.
How is your CCU experience?
CCU has been a really developmental portion of my life. I would say that I have learned more here in these 4 years than I ever could have imagined. I would also say that some of the friendships I have made will last the rest of my life. I think I was also able to find out what I was passionate by coming to CCU.
What do you hope to achieve after you complete your degree?
I hope to go on to be a Resident Director at a school and hopefully get a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
