Strategic project management is an essential component in the success of any organization. The Organizational Management in Project Management Bachelor degree program at CCU is designed to train students in all aspects of managing high-level projects, including strategic management, project-based teamwork, risk reduction, and budget analysis.
The Organizational Management in Project Management degree curriculum is based on real world business situations, giving students practical, hands-on experience that is applicable in their current work situation. In addition to equipping students with a marketable skill set, the organizational management in project management degree program also challenges students to consider how personal ethics and values can impact their work.
Focus areas in the Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Management in Project Management degree include: planning, scheduling and controlling projects; strategic project management leadership; and managing project risks.
