Strategic project management is an essential component in the success of any organization. At CCU, our Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management in Project Management is designed to train you in all aspects of managing high-level projects, including strategic management, project-based teamwork, risk reduction, and budget analysis.

Curriculum in the bachelor's in Project Management degree is based on real-world business situations, which will give you practical, hands-on experience that is applicable in your current work situation.

Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification

CCU's College of Adult and Graduate Studies is a R.E.P. (Registered Education Provider) with the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Our project management studies programs use the PMBOK® Guide (A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge) curriculum published by PMI, while also integrating biblical principles and the mission and vision of CCU. With PMP certified faculty, our project management courses will provide you with the foundation you need to satisfy the education portion of the qualifications to sit for Project Management Professional (PMP)®* certification. As a R.E.P., CCU has been approved by PMI to issue professional development units (PDUs) for its courses. Note that only those who have already obtained their PMP or other PMI certifications can receive PDUs.
