Bradley K. Benson is the founding partner of Volant Law LLC, a business law firm in Englewood, Colo. He has more than three decades experience in business and real estate law, representing clients in all scope and breadth of planning and transactions. Benson specializes in the planning, negotiation, and documentation of commercial transactions for his clients, including related financing needs.
Benson holds a bachelor's degree in business economics from Wheaton College, a law degree (J.D.) degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he also completed the Concannon Programme of International Law at the Notre Dame London Law Center in London, England, and a master's in taxation (LL.M) from the University of Denver. Prior to starting Volant Law, Benson was a partner in several prominent law firms, including the Denver office of Greenberg Traurig, an international firm of over 1,800 lawyers, and the Denver firm of Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio.
Outside of the office, Benson and his wife, Kia, enjoy the rigors of raising three sons. His personal interests include ice hockey, cycling, and hunting. Benson volunteers on several charitable boards and committees, including the Justice and Mercy Legal Aid Center (JAMLAC) and Confluence Ministries.
