Jerry B. Jenkins is the author of nearly 200 books with sales of more than 71 million copies, including 21 New York Times bestsellers.
His Left Behind novel was named by PBS as one of the nation's 100 favorite books in its Great American Read.
Jenkins was inducted into the Colorado Authors Hall of Fame in 2019. He owns the Jerry Jenkins Writers Guild, through which he teaches writing online.
Jenkins worked at Moody Bible Institute for more than 30 years and served 18 years on their board, seven as chairman. He and Dianna were married in 1971 and have three grown sons and eight grandchildren.
