The "Take A Seat!" Campaign will help Colorado Christian University’s School of Music invest in essential equipment, instruments, and technology needed to bring the Armstrong Center and the Doug and Linda McDonald Performance Hall to life!

School of Music

The School of Music develops expressive artists and communicators grounded in a Christian worldview. Students use music and theatre to honor Christ, impact culture, and share His love locally and globally. Open to all majors, the school offers opportunities like national and international ensemble tours and access to an on-campus recording studio.

Mentored by CCU’s caring and committed School of Music faculty (each renowned in their respective fields), our students receive a professional foundation for passionately pursuing specialized careers in the arts to God’s glory.

Join us in this exciting endeavor of professionally promoting the arts as a means to share God’s love with the world.

I expected to learn about music, but I had no idea I would walk away with a deeper understanding of how my creativity can serve the Kingdom of God.
– Mandy Newkirk, B.A. Music
The arts form you as a person to be strong in your faith, to care about the things you want to care about, to be fully committed to Christ. The arts are all about emotional discipleship.
– Dr. David McNeil, CCU Faculty
