Dr. Kyle Usrey has had a varied career in business, law, and education — working on six continents. Coming to CCU in 2013, Usrey has worked as a professor in law, ethics, finance, and international business for both the College of Undergraduate Studies and the College of Adult and Graduate Studies. He also provided special project support for the University president. Usrey has a B.S. in economics and finance, an MBA with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Colorado, and a juris doctor from the University of Colorado. Recognized as a foreign expert in several locations, he has worked in higher education in China, Lithuania, Myanmar, Australia, Turkey, Brazil, Tanzania/Zanzibar, and Kazakhstan. His international legal-consulting business spans the globe with for-profit, nonprofit, and governmental clients. He was appointed as vice president of Academic Affairs effective June 11, 2018
