Biography and Professional Achievements
Professor Jade Brock joins Colorado Christian University (CCU) with over 15 years of nursing experience spanning both acute hospital and outpatient clinical settings. For the past three years, Professor Brock has served CCU as an Adjunct Faculty member within the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, where she facilitated student development in nursing labs, simulation environments, and clinical rotations. Previously, she operated as the Nurse Leader for multiple outpatient specialties across the Colorado region, establishing a strong foundation in healthcare leadership and professional mentorship. Driven by a lifelong passion for educating nursing teams and investing in the next generation of healthcare professionals, Professor Brock proudly honors a family legacy of nurse educators, inspired by her grandmother.
Professor Brock is married with four sons. Based in Lakewood, Colorado, Professor Brock balances her academic commitments with her active family life. She is a seasoned volunteer with Scouting America and is proud of her older two sons, who achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. She regularly volunteers on medical mission trips throughout Central America. She loves the outdoors and frequently completes over 100 miles of backpacking each summer.

Faith and Learning
Professor Brock's professional and personal life is deeply rooted in her Christian faith and commitment to nursing excellence. Professor Brock is a dedicated nurse educator who integrates biblical truth as the foundation of her teaching and practice. Driven by her Christian faith, she feels called to guide future nursing professionals in applying clinical practice to a biblical worldview. She embraces new instructional roles and challenges, finding immense fulfillment in fostering breakthrough "aha" moments for her students. She remains deeply invested in mentoring and inspiring the next generation of safe, compassionate, and values-driven nurses. Outside the classroom, Professor Brock actively serves her church in the children's ministry and enjoys engaging in Bible studies.
