Biography and Professional Achievements

Dr. Ruth Reynard is an accomplished and innovative senior-level academic executive administrator and experienced instructor, with extensive experience across various sectors of higher education, including adult education, traditional higher education, and both career and community college education. Her background includes participation in regional and national accreditation reviews across a broad range of disciplines.

Dr. Reynard is skilled in instructional effectiveness, program development and management, and instructional design and delivery. She has particular expertise in the effective use of educational technology across online, on-ground, and blended learning environments. She has successfully established online teaching and learning centers from the ground up, designed to support faculty in improving teaching effectiveness and preparing those seeking advancement into administrative roles.

She has also designed and implemented a variety of academic and professional program evaluation systems and led improvement initiatives. Additionally, Dr. Reynard has developed customized ESL/EFL programs for institutions in the United States, Canada, China, and the Middle East.
