Fred Lautenbach

Fred Lautenbach is the owner of Lautenbach Insurance Agency in Littleton, Colorado, which was founded in 1950 by his father, Dick Lautenbach. Fred began working in the agency in 1978 and purchased it in 2002.

Lautenbach is a native Coloradan and a 1982 graduate of Rockmont College, a CCU legacy institution, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in youth ministry and Christian education. He met his wife, Lorie, at Rockmont. Lorie is also a Colorado native.

During his career in insurance, Lautenbach has had the privilege of serving on many industry boards. Most notably, he was the national president of the Safeco/Liberty Mutual Insurance Company Agency Council, representing agency constituents from across the country.

Fred and Lorie attend Foundry Church in Castle Pines, Colorado, where he serves as an elder and leads the missions council. Missions have always played an important role in his life, and he has led many mission trips abroad. Over the years, he has also served on various mission boards.

The Lautenbachs have two married daughters and five grandchildren, with another expected in February 2026.
