1Footnote Definition: University-Supported“University-supported” refers to any technology, platform, or digital resource that the University officially adopts, licenses, integrates—even if it is created or hosted by a third party. This includes: University-managed systems (e.g., the Learning Management System such as Brightspace, University websites, internal portals). Third-party tools officially integrated or required by the University (e.g., Zoom, publisher courseware, etc.). It does not include tools or websites that an individual selects for independent use and that are not required or licensed by the University.
