Join CCU's Chancellor, Dr. Sweeting, for the February Chancellor's Lecture Series. The Honorable John Andrews will be speaking on "Triumph and Tragedy: Inside the Nixon White House."

About the Speaker: The Honorable John Andrews

John Andrews was a speechwriter for President Richard Nixon, 1971-73, a highlight of his long career in politics, education, media, and ministry. He served as Colorado Senate President after having been the Republican nominee for Governor of Colorado. He founded or led five think tanks, most recently CCU's own Centennial Institute. He was a TV-radio host, a Denver Post columnist, and the author of several books. He worked at Hillsdale College, the Colorado School of Mines, Greater Europe Mission, and TCI Cable News. Married to Donna for 55 years, he and his wife have three grown children. Their grandson, Ian Andrews, is currently a sophomore at CCU.
