Why Luther Matters

If you were going to have a holiday to visit one of the greatest lights of Western Civilization, who would you want to see? Certainly, Martin Luther would be high on the list. Dr. Denlinger, a Luther expert, will tell us why.

About the Speaker: Dr. Aaron Denlinger

Dr. Aaron Denlinger is Dean of the Rhetoric School and Chaplain at Arma Dei Academy in Highlands Ranch, CO, and Adjunct Professor and Online Instructor in Systematic and Historical Theology at Westminster Theological Seminary in Glenside, PA. He holds degrees from Colorado Christian University (BA), Westminster Seminary California (MA), and the University of Aberdeen (PhD). He is the author, editor, or translator of numerous books and articles on early modern theology. His research and writing focus on the thought of the magisterial reformers (especially Martin Luther and John Calvin) and early modern Scottish theology.

He and his wife Louise reside in Highlands Ranch, CO, with their three children. His hobbies include paddleboarding, camping, lobster fishing, and creating mythical kingdoms in a reckless effort to maintain his children's enchanted perspective on the world.
