Biography and Professional Achievements

Ken Summers is a Colorado native and has served as a pastor, State Representative, and nonprofit executive director. He currently serves on the Fort Collins City Council. He is a new online instructor at CCU in the nonprofit management program, and also a Centennial Institute Fellow. 

During his legislative tenure, he received several recognitions, including Legislator of the Year by the Colorado Nonprofit Association. Summers was the impetus behind the annual Colorado Gives Day Rally held on the west steps of the Capitol.
