Each residence hall has a designated arrival window to help keep traffic moving efficiently. During your scheduled time, CCU's Campus Crew will unload your vehicle and help move your belongings into your room. Simply pull up, check in, and our student leaders will take it from there!
If You Arrive...
BEFORE your assigned time: Please wait until your move-in window begins.
DURING your assigned time: Campus Crew will unload your belongings and assist with move-in.
AFTER your assigned time: You may still move in, but unloading assistance may no longer be available.
AFTER 1:00 PM: You may still move in on Thursday, but you will need to unload and move your belongings yourself.
Important Reminders
1. Label Your Items
Before you arrive, please label all boxes, bins, and bags with your:
- Name
- Residence hall
- Room number
2. Get the Whova App
One of the best ways to stay informed and make the most of WOW is by downloading the Whova app. Inside the app, you’ll be able to:
- View schedules and event details.
- Receive important updates.
- Connect with other students.
- Access move-in and weekend information.
