We’re excited to welcome you to your new on-campus apartment! Residential move-in begins Thursday, August 20, 2026, at the time listed on your housing assignment.
Each residence hall has a designated arrival window to help keep traffic moving efficiently. During your scheduled time, CCU's Campus Crew will unload your vehicle and help move your belongings into your room. Simply pull up, check in, and our student leaders will take it from there!
If You Arrive...
BEFORE your assigned time: Please wait until your move-in window begins.
DURING your assigned time: Campus Crew will unload your belongings and assist with move-in.
AFTER your assigned time: You may still move in, but unloading assistance may no longer be available.
AFTER 1:00 PM: You may still move in on Thursday, but you will need to unload and move your belongings yourself.

- Enter campus from Garrison Street into the Mile Hi Church parking lot.
- Follow posted signs and directions from student volunteers.
- Campus Crew will unload your belongings.
- Park in your designated parking area.
- Return to your residence hall to finish settling in.

Before you arrive, please label all boxes, bins, and bags with your:
- Name
- Residence hall
- Room number
2. Get the Whova App
