Living on Campus

Yetter is for first-time freshmen, transfer students, and upperclassmen.

Student housing at CCU is unlike your typical campus life experience.

You won’t live in a cramped room because we feature apartment-style living. Our housing is designed to help students integrate faith into their daily lives. We want you to make the most of your college experience … in community. It’s how campus living is meant to be.

Yetter Hall includes 52 apartment-style units and optional basement storage. The building includes a grab-and-go food counter, as well as a staffed service desk and lots of common, open space. In total, the hall holds 300 beds, with a ratio of two beds to one full bathroom. Each unit also includes a full kitchen, living room, and a washer and dryer. All amenities are included in the housing cost.

Depending on the number of incoming freshmen from year-to-year, CCU may add a third roommate to room A. These students share the bathroom and are easily accommodated in the room.
