CCU Teaching Challenge Scholarship Contest Rules & Eligibility Requirements

Enter the contest by submitting the registration form, creating a 4-5 minute training video, and submitting the video link between November 3, 2025, thru January 16, 2026, for a chance to win one of three $1,000 one-time tuition scholarships toward a bachelor's degree through CCU’s School of Education.

All video submissions must be uploaded to YouTube as a private video (only accessible with the link) and the link must be sent to schoolofed@ccu.edu no later than midnight January 16, 2026. The email must include your full name, the title of your teaching, and the link to your video submission.

All entries will be carefully evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • The winners will be selected by CCU faculty and staff.
  • The winners will be announced on January 23, 2026.
  • Once notified, the scholarship winners must plan to start classes on campus in fall 2026.

Eligibility Requirements

  • This contest is for new students only.
  • This contest is for new students pursuing a degree in CCU’s School of Education only. Other degree programs will not qualify for this contest.
  • Video submissions that don’t have a matching registration record (from the completed form on the website) will not be considered for the scholarship.
  • The scholarship is designed to be distributed toward the student’s first year at Colorado Christian University.
  • This scholarship contest is not applicable to degree programs in CCU's College of Adult and Graduate Studies (CAGS), which offers mostly online degree programs for adults.
  • Current CCU students in the College of Undergraduate Studies are not eligible for this contest.
  • Current CCU students in CCU Academy that plan to start in Fall 2026 as a freshmen are eligible for this contest.
  • Scholarships cannot be deferred beyond the deadline to start classes
  • Scholarships are not transferable to another person.
