Every year, we ask CCU faculty and staff to donate to our student benevolence fund. And every year, we have students who experience unexpected emergencies and can really use extra financial help. We use this fund for incidents such as sudden medical emergencies, travel home for family funerals, unexpected family emergencies, and a variety of other needs. We do not use this fund to help students with their normal bills, rent, or books.
It has truly been a blessing for Campus Ministries to represent CCU in providing this benefit, along with our prayers and support to students in need.
