Bachelor of Science in Sports Management

The Sports Management major combines a thorough Kinesiology education with additional training in management and leadership skills. The goal of this program is to produce students equipped in the field of Kinesiology with the character and skills to step into roles of leadership within their industry. Students graduating from this program will be highly qualified to pursue careers related to coaching, health and fitness, and nutrition while also being uniquely qualified as entrepreneurs in these areas as well. The Sports Management programs presents students with the unique opportunity to combine a passion for sports with character development that will allow them to effective and motivational leaders in their field.

Sports Management at CCU

The Sports Management program at CCU incorporates the values of Christian leadership and compassion into sports, health and fitness. Students will learn biblical leadership principles that will help them not only be more effective leaders in the sports industry but also to represent Christ. In this program, CCU equips students to be able to minister physically, emotionally and spiritually to athletes and individuals in the sports and fitness industry. Creating skilled and strong Christian leaders to send out into the sports industry is the main goal of the Sports Management program at CCU.
