Faculty in the School of Science and Engineering
Our professors approach science, first and foremost, as the study of the world that God has created. Our professors are Ph.D.’s in their respective scientific fields, with experience ranging from post-doctoral research on ruthenium compound synthesis to authoring scientific textbooks used around the nation. Our professors have worked as senior scientists in international biotech companies, worked at the National Institute of Health, and one professor received the Individual National Research Service Award from the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD). Our goal in CCU’s science and engineering programs is to dispel the idea that science and Christianity are at odds, because every day we see God’s intricate design on the minute, atomic scales of creation.
