Transfer Credit Policies for Adult Students

At CCU's College of Adult and Graduate Studies, we value adult students with real-world experience that are interested in transferring college credits. That's why we are committed to simplifying the transfer process to help you reach your ultimate goal — your college degree. Read on for the CCU college transfer guide.

Transferring credits from an accredited college or university

Through CCU's generous transfer credit policies, you may be able to transfer up to 90 transferable college credits that you previously earned at an accredited college or university toward a CCU bachelor’s degree, and up to 45 credits toward a CCU associate degree.

Since the specific number of transfer credits varies by degree program, a CCU Enrollment Counselor will help review your transcripts for previous coursework completed, and match major courses taken at those institutions with similar courses offered at CCU where applicable.

In order to evaluate and process your transfer credits, you will need to order official transcripts from your previous college or university. Colorado Christian University's registrar will review your credits and determine which will be accepted.
