Faculty in the School of Music
Pursuing excellence means having the best faculty to teach and mentor our students. In the School of Music, we have outstanding faculty with impressive life experiences. For example, one of our professors attended Julliard School of Music and has performed for several U.S. presidents. Another professor is a four-time Emmy Award winning composer and has composed for National Geographic, History Channel, PBS, Honda, Oprah, Dateline, Coca Cola, and many feature films. This professor holds the record for having more upcoming films than any other film and television composer to date and composed the new theme for the Colorado Rockies Baseball Team. Our dean has performed at Carnegie Hall twice.
