School of Science and Engineering
One distinctive of studying science at CCU is that you will go to class and participate in labs in a small collegiate setting in a Christian environment. We approach science, as the study of the world that God has created. You will study with professors who are committed Christians and who are also Ph.D.s in their respective scientific fields.
During the fall 2014 semester, the school, in conjunction with the CCU School of Theology, hosted an Origins Series where prominent speakers were invited on campus to offer our students and the community a spectrum of different Christian perspectives on the topic of Creation and Origins. The culminating talk in that series was a five person panel of CCU professors from science and theology, taking student and community questions on the topics discussed in the series.
