Academic Advising for International Students

Studying as an international student is an adventure that comes with a unique set of opportunities, as well as challenges.

We desire to welcome international students to the CCU community, assist students in the process of integration into a new culture, and offer direction as students navigate the various elements of their experience at CCU. Cultural Connections is a student club that fosters international community at CCU and is a great place of connection for those who have lived overseas.

CCU is a SEVIS certified school able to issue the I-20 for F-1 student visas allowing international students to study at CCU. The LDC International Student Services Coordinator guides international students through the process of applying for an F-1 visa or transferring an F-1 visa from another school. The International Student Services Coordinator is also available to assist international students with their adjustment to life in the United States and to refer students to job resources, academic support, and local government offices and resources.

For more information, please contact the International Student Services Coordinator, Zach DeBoer, at zdeboer@ccu.edu, or visit our International Student Admissions page.
